Mmmmm, English mustard. I like most types actually, depends on what you’re having it with. Even those mild American ones such as French’s have their place in a burger or hot dog etc. Best mustard I’ve ever had was bought in Nice airport on the way home from a holiday, using up my change in euros. Think it was a type of Dijon, came in a small stoneware jar with a cork stopper. Great on a ham sarnie!
