Bought a P Bass on here so need to move this. 

This is top of the Range Farida FJB20 Jazz bass. These were made in the same factory as the first batch of Squier CV basses. The quality is top notch. These have been well discussed on here a few years ago with people claiming they were better than Mexican Fenders and not far off American models.

With only playing Yamaha basses i cant compare with a Fender. It plays and sounds fantastic. Set up with a Really low action. Few marks on the body but nothing that affects the guitar.

Collection, meet up or possibly deliver in the North West.

as long as it has 4 strings, Frets and no pointy headstock.

Also interested in Active subwoofer or lightweight bass cab.

Farida are definitely in the category of 'really good basses for the money'. If you want a Jazz bass and aren't sniffy about the logo on the headstock you're onto a winner with this. GLWTS

Agreed. As good as a Sire, but with better knobs!

Been playing this at home for a few days. It really is a great Jazz Bass and nails that sound perfectly. 

Stings sound as if they may need replacing.If i was after a very  bright toppy tone, so i have decided to reduced the price to £200. 

Think anyone would struggle to find a better Jazz at this price.
