Another WIndmill owner was kind enough to message me the following information - sharing it here for full disclosure:

" I bought <another> Windmill Bass recently also on Basschat. Does look a lot like a Jabba.

So I emailed Mayones and asked them whether they did actually build them and Artur did reply and said they did not.

So I am guessing they were actually made by Mensinger, their Jazzline is similar though only 4 bolt but in the same pattern as the 6 on the Windmill."

The previous seller had advertised it as built my Mayones but apparently he had not verified it. Hence, I have removed the reference to Mayones in my listing.
