My amazing jazz, in the super rare Antigua finish.

Fantastic condition.

All original.

Tons of tone.

These are so rare now.

Beautiful maple neck with pearl blocks.  Hardly any wear to the frets.

9.9lbs or 4.5kgs on the bathroom scales.

OHSC in lovely condition too.

Based in sunny Swindon.

Rarely seen in that kind of nick - blummin eck.

It is a peach.  No getting away from that..

They’re just so rare at the best of times.

I read that in the late seventies, the punk movement caused a lot of guitars to be painted black.

I just wonder how many Antiguas bit the bullet back then?  Every time I see a black 70’s jazz, I wonder......

That's lovely. YOB for me. If it wasn't for this lockdown... If it's still around when things get back to normal I'll be sure to hit you up, but GLWTS at this point.

I don't suppose you're interested in partial trades by the way?

I bought my Fender in 1977, sunburst. Antigua finish came out a little later, at the time I thought the Antigua finish was the dog's boll***, stunning looking, regretted my sunburst but couldn't afford to change.  This one is stunning and unlike so many of them, the finish is intact.  Quality of my 1977 P bass was 100% spot on.
