Used but certainly not abused.  There's some light scuffing to the front and the corners of the front pocket have worn a touch, but overall it is in very good condition.

I've had a look online and there aren't any close-ups of the front pocket; wondering how much space there is for the usual laptop, cables etc?

It expands out by about an inch.  You could easily fit a laptop in there plus a couple of leads. A rolled strap would not fit though.

there’s also a little mesh pocket inside to put keys, plectrums, that kind of thing.
