Bloc Riff Nut Posted February 3, 2020 Share Posted February 3, 2020 (edited) I have an old Elk cab which is missing 2 drivers(12 inch). So I started looking for some replacements. I want to pair it with another cab so it really needs to be 8 ohm total impedance. Which left me looking for either 4 ohm or 16 ohm drivers. I've visited Celestion, Eminence, Fane, Jensen and Beyma but can't find a match. Surely I must be missing something. Which other brands could I visit? Ideally I'm looking for something suited to a sealed cab which leans towards a Motown type tone. Any help would be much appreciated. stevie Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 Lean Business have some 4-ohm Celestion BL12-200Xs on offer at the moment for £25. It's a very good driver that normally retails at £70.
