Basilpea Posted January 21, 2020 Share Posted January 21, 2020 Anyone had experience of a D'Angelico bass? If so what did you think of it? I'm looking for a fretless one to try but wondered if anyone has any experience of these basses and could comment on the general build quality etc. They look really good on the website and the reviews are good, but the reality is often somewhat different. I'm using a fretless Warwick Rockbass Starbass at the moment but looking for a similar bass (ie semi-acoustic) but better quality. I know the German Pro Series is an option but are there any other suggestions? Ideally I want a long/standard scale 5 string without fretlines sub £2k. Any ideas?
