I picked this up on here not too long ago to give a Stingray type thing a try, but I think when it comes down to it I still prefer my jazz and I need to buy some other bits and pieces. Won't mind if it takes a while to sell though...

This one was made in 2007, great condition for its age with one small paint ding on the back of the body and minor wear around the headstock. It's fitted with a Stingray Classic pickguard and comes with a TGI hard case, I recently had it set up and it's got a newish set of D'Addarios on.

You're welcome to come and give it a play or meet up somewhere around York, otherwise happy to courier.IMG_20200119_114128.thumb.jpg.3bcca6bc74fa9cc3fa7c819567697359.jpg

What's the weight on the bass? If it's still available...

Apologies for not getting back to you, I'm not getting notifications through. Still available and bathroom scales say 10.5lbs so pretty average Stingray weight

Ah, you’re very kind. I’ll need to think on that - a touch heavy for me. But what a beauty!

I had a US made SUB 4 and like most (all?) MM basses, it was on the weighty side. However, because of the superb balance on a strap, I found the ‘apparent’ weight felt lighter than other basses I had that weighed less but weren’t as well balanced.
