A few years ago, I stupidly decided to paint it to freshen it up. I now regret this and want to get the paint off. Does anyone know how to achieve this without ruining the paint underneath? If the original paint had a protective layer you might, but if there's dings etc then the protective coating around those areas will be compromised, so you'll never get an ideal finish. prowla Posted January 4, 2020 Share Posted January 4, 2020 Depending on the paint type, you might be able to buff it off, but getting into all the nooks and crannies could be a challenge.
