A Warwick Corvette Pro Line with Aguilar AG J70 pickups and Seymour Duncan STC2 preamp? Oh Yes!

I got this bass off here on a trade. It came with a John East preamp that unfortunately was defective. I replaced it with a Seymour Duncan STC2 preamp and Aguialr AG J 70s pickups. I think it sounds the damage!

Sounds great, I love how consistent the low B sounds in comparison to the other strings.

Very nice @doc40hz, I've got a fortress one 5 string and was thinking about changing the pickups/preamp..was it an easy changeover?

Thanks! Yeah, no problems and I’m hardly the most skilled with a soldering iron. I’m thinking of putting the MECs back in and flogging the aguilars - if you’re interested, send me message.
