Paul S Posted October 13, 2019 Share Posted October 13, 2019 I suspect the motive is increasing the search parameters rather than 'upbranding' - if you search for Fender this would pop up in the results. Then the punter would think 'Gosh, I was going to buy a Fender but this Chinese Squier came up and I think I'll buy that!'
