In  absolutely mint condition. The only mark is shown in one of the pictures and this is just from the bridge pickup cover pressing on to the finish. I had the stack knob controls imported from the US and they are made by a company called 920D  Custom. They were proffesionally installed by Wunjo Bass in London. The original control plate is included as well as the original case and all case candy. Ordered and purchased last year.  Lovely, low action and sounds amazing with the custom shop 60's pickups as standard. These really are amazing basses. Photos don't really do the deep Candy Apple Red finish justice! Highly figured maple neck as you can see, this is quiet unusual, almost a custom shop like appearance.  Fender 60's Vintage White Pickguard included as well as the Tort original. Comes in at 4.58Kg. Thanks for looking, local collection from East London possible. UK shipping around £25.

That is incredible, are you taking trade offers?

I'm selling to upgrade my rig for some up coming tours so looking to sell really I"m afraid. Unless you have a Mapleglo Ri********er 4**3?! Thanks for the interest! Rob.

That one's a real cracker. No spare funds so sadly I'm out but love it. Headstock figuring; white plate (has to be on an early 60s CAR), clay dot markers? Looks very Cadillac in this red with the big chrome covers. Sweeeeet.👍

p.s. and you'd trade that for a bendybacker?

Yep, Clay dot markers, the American Original basses are supposed to be slightly updated, period correct basses, as in neck shape/pick ups/wiring/earthing strip etc. But this one does have a more figured maple neck than any others I have seen. Cheers, Rob. And yes to the "Bendy" 🙂

Where's my mate Will Power when I need him?? Stunning bass, and what an excellent band indeed - hopefully see you at the Roundhouse 👍
