They were available in either 30" or 34" scale:

Always thought Fender let themselves down with the one-size-fits-all approach with the short-scale B30 and long-scale B40 - the scratchplate on the B40 just looked wrong, as it didn't follow the contours of the body. Given that these were only produced under the Fender brand for a year or so, between 82 and 83, and that they failed to sell, there aren't many of them about - this is the first long-scale US version I've seen in over 15 years.
