Guest MoJo Posted May 13, 2019 Share Posted May 13, 2019 I've owned my 500v3 combo for quite a while now, which is quite an achievement for someone prone to frequent bouts of GAS. It says a lot about the little powerhouse. However, since I became aware of the existence of the Stage 800, I've been tempted to 'trade up'. I imagine the 800 as a 500+, able to produce the same punchy tones as the 500 but with built-in effects, a tuner and a footswitch. An opportunity has arisen to trade up (assuming I can sell the 500, but before I make the leap, I would be interested to hear other people's opinions of the 800, particularly if they have owned both the 500 and the 800.
