I'm offering up my beautiful short scale Fender Mustang '64 Reissue. This was made in Japan and is exceptionally well finished, in fact It's in a different league to the new American Mustang. It's super light and the 30'' scale really is a joy to play. It's in mint condition and comes with a gig bag. It's recently been setup with a new set of Dunlop Super Brights and it sounds magnificent.

Collection from Margate, postage is possible.

Lovely basses these - I have the same one.

However, its more likely a '66 reissue, as Mustangs didn't exist in 1964 to the best of my knowledge.

Cool basses, more versatile than they appear and so comfortable and easy to play - GLWTS.

Excellent, I guess Fender have proven once again that you don't have to let facts get in the way of a good reissue 😁

If anyone is interested in this - GO FOR IT.

I recently got the same one (mines beat to stinky poo though, kinda like it with that worn look) - so fun to play!

I think mine was re-issue from 2006/08 (not sure which) to about 2010.

Hope you sell it!
