How does the Harley Benton BZ-6000 compare to similar priced six stringers?

Harley basses generally seem to punch well above their weight. There are plenty of happy JB and PB owners here, but I've seen little if any mention of the BZ range. They certainly have some good user reviews on Thomann. Anyone?

Yeah, that's what I'm seeing as well. I dunno - almost seems to good to be true. I guess they're kinda the european version of rondo, which by all accounts are wonder-basses for the price. Thomann has a great return policy though so I might just take the plunge.

I'm very tempted myself with the 5 string. The reviews are outstanding and the thing looks amazing, and looking at a few YouTube videos it sounds pretty good too. I can't see how you can go wrong at that price.
