Pro Tools First has a cloud based storage system, the actual DAW needs to be installed on your computer. Pro Tools itself has moved to a subscription service, although you can purchase it up front too. Really not sure why someone would go for the AmpedStudio when Reaper is around.....sure'y it's a pretty fringe use-case that someone genuinely needs to be totally browser-based?!
