graham1945 Posted August 12, 2018 Share Posted August 12, 2018 Looking for a bit of confirmation re the size specs of a 90's Modulus Flea 5 pickup. I'm pretty sure that I have an old Lane Poor in there which I'm finding a bit "hi fi" for my liking. Having taken measurements and looking for replacements, Bartolini, Nordstrand or Aguilar, I've come to the conclusion that Modulus fitted four string pickups in these basses (it has quite narrow string spacing). HCC Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 Hi Graham, The string spacing is 19 and 17mm for 4- and 5-string modulus flea bass, respectively. From the specification of lane poor pickup, it was designed for both 4- and 5-string bass.
