I believe they were marketed as a student model. How old I don't know. When I got it I was surprised at the light weight, (3 piece basswood I guess). The finger board action felt good and the pickups, (2 humbuckers), quite loud. When I get round to rubbing it all down I'll get a respray and try to match the warm white of the headstock. I've got a chunky Gotoh bridge and a set of flats to fit. I expect someone out will have more knowledge to share on these models. Appreciate any information.
