Berserker Posted July 16, 2018 Share Posted July 16, 2018 Hi guys and gals, I'm 38 years old and been a bedroom guitarist for 15+ years, until recently I was asked if I wanted to have a go at bass in a band. I though "why not, how hard can it be?". It's so similar but so different and I've well and truly been bitten by the bug! I sold my guitar amp and most of my guitars and currently have a Ampeg PF500 amp and a Yamaha TBRX605 and Sterling Sub5 bass. Playing bass is challenging me in a very different way than guitar, and I've definitely become a better musician.
