I've tried it on everything from gigs (no amp, in-ears), recording, and as a standalone distortion pedal with an amp. The headphone jack also makes it ideal for quiet practice. I particularly enjoyed dialling in a little overdrive to give some warmth to my regular sound. The built in compression is very handy too. Just like a Sansamp but with a few extra bells and whistles. Velcro on the bottom. Only a couple of months old, looking for £100 posted. Comes with original box.
