An example being the P7 in white being 25% cheaper than exactly the same model in black. However 2 guesses,, firstly the white one is old stock pre the last price hike. 2. They sell more black basses than any other colour ( I’ll never understand the obsession for black guitars and basses which show all the finger marks and disappear on stage) so they price them up accordingly - more profit!
