PTV Posted June 8, 2018 Share Posted June 8, 2018 I currently play lead guitar in a metal band The Rebel Dead from Birmingham, me and our singer have started a side project which is slightly different. I have a small home studio setup and have recorded 7 songs so far in the space of a month. Thought I'd share one with you guys here 😎 I'm playing the guitars and bass on the recording. Sonar 8 for mixing and LANDR for mastering. I like how quick and easy it is to get demos mastered before looking at a 'proper' mastering service. Akio Dāku Posted June 8, 2018 Share Posted June 8, 2018 (edited) Alright homes, good composition, sounds very old school roadrunner records to my ears, I dig it. Obviously it's a demo production wise but it's still mixed well and all the playing's nice and tight. I reckon once you've got an albums worth of material, it'd be well worth tracking it all with real drums and mic'd cabs in a good live room because the writings strong enough to warrant it.
