Anyone know where to buy a single .070 gauge TI jazz flat?

I found the .070 Tomastik too slinky for my taste. I couldn't get the intonation correct without winding the bridge saddle practically off its bolt thread. I replaced mine with a D'Addario Chrome XL .075 and it worked fine and, now it has aged a bit, matches the Tomastiks for tone very well. Tension feels more even under the fingers, too.

That's good to know.

I snapped the D string on my TIs & replaced them with a set of Chromes.  I might swap the E & A back to the TIs.
