I've been refining my solo material over the last 3 years by performing in unusual resonant spaces, such as coastal caves in cornwall, a disused water tank in Lewisham, multi storey car parks and various churches around the UK so it made sense to record a live album in the hull of a ship.

Séance book ends this live material.

It's available as a download now and CD exclusively at my shows.

For fans of soundscapes, neo-classical and post techno.

Performed using contrabassoon, bass guitar, synthesiser, drum machine and activated snare drum.

That is amazing music. Just goes to show you don't need 100 notes in every bar to make good music. Also you don't need all the effects I use to get the atmosphere. Full of ambience. Following you on Bandcamp.

That's really kind, thank you!

I love reducing stuff and doing as much as I can with very little.

It works best live though.

Your music reminds me of a gig I saw many years ago. The piano player sat with his foot on the sustain pedal and the Soprano sax player pointed his instrument into the piano strings. Amazing sound and yes, probably worked best live.
