To be honest, I'm feeling the satin/matt finish more than gloss finish. Going to oil the neck and fingerboard and put it together to see the overall effect. The grain is looking good I think. Shaped the headstock and added a waterslide decal for a bit of fun.

I've also picked up some generic ashtrays from ebay (china) will post some pics when its together (with and without them) and maybe get some views from you guys (er and gals)
