IIRC GMRs were being built in Denmark St for a while, can't remember which store though and I think there was a falling out between the builder and shop owner. He brought his business over with him and I think that he moved back. I don't know why. That price is insanely low in my opinion. Give away almost. I was probably trying to find a fender jazz MIM and someone told me they might have lefties down there.
