SOLD!!

Hello folks,

Here's my G&L JB-2 Tribute (Indonesia) that I unfortunately have to move on as it's not being used as much as I'd like to!

It weighs 8.56lbs/3.88kg and has an extremely fast & playable neck.

I've had it for six years and it's been one of my main gigging basses.

It's in used but good condition. It has a small ding on the back of the body (please see pictures below).

Neck: Hard-Rock Maple, Maple fingerboard, bolt on, Medium C profile, 21 frets
Body: Swamp Ash with three tone sunburst finish
Pickups: Two G&L Alnico single-coil pickups

If anyone would like to arrange to try before they buy that's fine, I'm based in south London.

Collection preferred but open to delivery (at buyers expense).

Kind regards,
Laurence

I love this bass! I don't know if you'd be interested in a trade? I have a g and L m2000 on here, otherwise I will try to sell it first :)

Unfortunately I'm not after a trade, unless it's a Rob Allen Deep 5 or a Wal Pro2e!

Nobody gonna give the guy £250 quid for a proper bass guitar

My thoughts exactly....you might get arrested on the way home though..this is such a steal.

Hi Laurence, this might sound like an odd question but can you please let me know the pickup dimensions as indicated in the pic below? I believe that both pickups on the JB-2 are the same size whereas on a regular Jazz the bridge pup is slightly longer than the neck pup. Reason for asking is to do with fitting replacement pickups which will be different sizes. The dimensions will help to determine which replacements would fit. Thanks

Aha, looks like they're both the longer bridge size then. Cheers

Hi ikay,

I'm not too sure actually, I'd have to measure & check for you.

I feel like Tom's probably right though.
