Upon getting it I realised it was a bitsa, having had a Made in China neck but the guy said that the body was either Mexican or Amercian. I wondered if there was a way of finding out, wouldn't a Made in China neck mean it is a squier? I will be able to post pictures Friday and look at the serial numbers. [/quote] The Fender 'Modern Player' series ran from about 2011-2014.
