tom1946 Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 (edited) I never thought I'd ever say this but today I bought a R.....nb....r 4003S, the walnut one with the maple board and dots. It was new in Feb this year and for sale due to bad health problems. Can I post pics of it? It appeared briefly for sale here yesterday, just long enough to get the details and it wasn't far from me and so I bought it. Fit and finish are flawless, it hangs well and isn't heavy. The range of tones is amazing, I'm totally converted. It felt awful to me so I quickly moved it on. This one is completely different, very light and feels characterful if you get what I mean. I'm going to be selling my P's and jazzes now.
