Re. the dates, do you have any reason to suspect that the neck & body are not the original bass. Could it just be a '75 Jazz with replacement PUs & pots? [/quote] It possibly could be but it doesn't seem that way. The neck plate has not serial number etc, but that said I guess striping the body could reveal more? I don't know? Open to any advise if anyone has anything to check! But I've priced it hopefully at a price that reflects it isn't considered to be original, if that makes sense....
