How come you put the tuner at the end Si?

It ensures that you completely cut any signal to your amp. Tuner first cuts signal to your pedals, but if there's any noise or hum generated by your pedals, that'll still go to your amp.
The only issue with tuner at the end is if you have a lot of effects 'always on', you might not get a great note for the tuner to track. But with a small setup like this, not an issue.

My mini board for my pub rock band. Sounded sweet in to the lh500 and mbc410, using my mp jag :)

Nice ! Don't you find that LED on the BMC a pain though ? I've got a light-dim on mine ... brings it back to the level of other LEDs on my board, and makes it possible to read the settings on the BMC's pots.

First post in this thread! Here's my humble offering - still a work-in-progress :)

Board A (on right) is my 'Utility/Drive' board - Signal chain is Bass > TU-2 > (split/bypass) SansAmp Para-Driver > Rack Crossover Ch A, bypass on SansAmp goes to the Bad Monkey OD then on to Rack Crossover Ch B. Rack Crossover low pass > PA amp > 2x 112 stack

Board B (on left) is my 'FX' board - signal chain is Crossover high pass > Palmer D'accapo reamper > Bass Big Muff Pi > CEB-3 Chorus > 110 Combo amp. Big Muff is set to 'Dry' so it passes some clean signal through. Have got room for a couple more pedals, thinking of the JOYO Vintage Drive to go in between the Palmer and the Big Muff to add some drive to the clean blend signal there.

Cheers

This rig is getting me excited. Can you photograph the whole thing? Are you gigging it?

Steady on! :D

Yep, I'll get some piccies added on here in a few minutes. I'm not currently gigging, being between 'projects' but I'll be taking this (or a similar incarnation) to the Herts Bass Bash etc. I'm hoping by then to have an OD pedal before the big muff - currently GAS'ing for a JOYO OD, Vintage or Ultimate Drive (I'm gonna order both from Amazon and choose which I like better)

EDIT: Here you go!

My small but perfectly formed pedal board.

It includes a Bigshot I/o instrument selector, MXR Compressor, MXR M89 Overdrive, Digitech Synth pedal, Boss CEB-3 Chorus, EH Small Stone Phaser and a Boss OC-3 Octaver. It's all powered by a Pedaltrain Volto.

Oh, and a black paw.....

Update!

Here's mine as it stands now (minus power supply and leads).

Rear right of the board is my Sennheiser wireless receiver (legal), which is wired to the A side of the A/B box. Then the signal link is as an order on the board, TU3 being first, MXR is last.

I've had to do a couple of little tweaks to make life easier, first one is a side to straight adaptor for the other side of the AB box.

Hosa, so it's pretty decent quality for the money, and I can just plug my lead in for when I'm not on wireless, without having to lift any pedals out of the foam. I've got an Artec power block on order now, so all the pedals on 9v will run off it, and I've got one with a 12v out at 300mA, so with a polarity reverser, I can also power the wireless receiver too. Result! :)

Tidied pedalboard - now need to do something better with the power/cables..... suggestions welcome!
If you only have the one supply I would make rid of the 5 way, it'll add uneccerssary noise.
I always found power cables annoying on those type of boards but. I would channel the power cable straight up to the top of the board, to avoid them crossing patch cables, then cable tie them together. I stuck mine down with black electric tape, keeps them down but easy enough to remove.

I'd also patch the tuner inline so to mute the signal when you need to. I realise this way you can mute with the volume pedal and have the tuner monitoring all the time, but if you need to monitor tuning all the time something is wrong else where and I'd find using the volume pedal to mute for tuning a right faff.

I haven't got a foggiest regarding the price, It cost me a fair amount of money to say the least.

Is it awesome? err... YES. I'm using it for all the crazy weird noises you can get out of it. As for using it as a fuzz on it's own. Yeah its fantastic but it does lack the bottom end. I might try putting a EQ pedal in a loop with it. I have to say on g****r it's incredible.
