I have never felt so involved by a seller, he kept me very up to date on what was going on, and very reassured that my cash was going to a safe place. He was very patient whilst I sourced and fitted the neck, and then extremely patient and reasonable when, on arrival, the neck PUP wasn't being a cooperative as it should. He's a real pleasure to deal with and, as has been hinted at above, is a real gent. Highly recommended and I look forward to dealing with him again. A true gentleman to deal with. Great, friendly communications. Everything was packaged perfectly and the rig arrived as described-MINT! He even sent the rig, before payment had cleared properly! I would have no problem in recommending Matthew to other BC´ers as a seller! Thanks again mate, and if you´re ever in this neck of the woods again, gimme a bell! I had a few issues with Parcelforce not collecting ( 3 times no shows ) and finally got it to him and he found a problem with the head. Kept in touch throughout and managed to get a replacement fuse from Ashdown. He went above and beyond and kept me in the loop all the time too. So glad we both got the end result.
