3below Posted April 12, 2016 Share Posted April 12, 2016 Great basses, nice and light (I have one). With flats mine gives a really solid compressed tone at low volume. Easy to get the Andy Fraser / Jack Bruce tone and it also records really well with DI. I also polished mine with wax which has given a great finish in my view. [/quote] What kind did you use? I might give it a shot on mine (it's the chocolate finish). Amazing basses by the way, they pretty much play themselves.
