From EB Customer Service "DOB: 09/26/02, Blue Pearl SR5-H, ashwood body, maple neck/ rosewood fretboard, black pickguard. Shipped to Strings & Things, UK" Didn't come to me with a case but included is a new Hiscox EBS std hard case which is a really nice fit. Condition is near perfect, some minor swirling and one noticeable mark on the back of the body (see last pic).
