Just thinking maybe I shouldn't have posted a photo of this bass in a case. Might be a open invitation for fraudsters to do no good.

Hi All,

sorry for asking but curiosity is huge here...... I recently bought a used mkII 5 strings Wal, and I'd like to know if someone here has been one of the previous owners.

W3910

mkII 5 strings - wenge facings, rosewood fretboard and chrome hardware.

Thanks!

There was a website that listed all the Wals ever made with the owners if known.

It only listed some, so many large gaps between most of the serials. That page was created by someone at a university for a very short time, then was locked out, and only represents about 15% of Wals. Of the 12 old era Wals I've had, only 2 are listed in there.
