Having searched for a Celinder P Bass for many months I bought this amazing Sadowsky bass from a BCer not 2 weeks ago, and have been very impressed.

Imagine my surprise when a Celinder Classic P Bass appeared yesterday which will be the perfect partner for my Celinder Classic J Bass !

So to fund my Celinder fetish this fabulous, unmarked example of the Sadowsky family (in the very desirable vintage natural tint )is back up for sale to recover my investment !

2011 model, 1.5" nut, approx 4kilo, 4 countersunk bolt neck, in pristine unmarked condition. The Sadowsky soft/hardcase included

This has the VTC preamp control installed.

Having collected my Celinder P Bass today from kiwi, this is now definitely for sale, with a sad heart as it does sound great but my wallet cannot let me have 6 basses and this should be played.............sorry no trades but you could make me a realistic/reasonable offer and you never know...............

Oddly enough I've just made the connection that I heard (not saw as I was seated around the corner in the bar) you a month or two back in Beadnell. Cracking musicianship and harmonies, wish I'd popped my head around and said 'Hello'!

Re the finish of the Sadowsky, it looks stunning in real life and is a nice weight as well.

If not for the new Celinder it is definitely a keeper !

Nice looking bass. Do you have a weight? Also, what year is it? Does it have the heel plate or the countersunk bolts at the neck joint? I presume it is the standard 1.5" nut?

Hi

Standard 1.5" nut, 4 countersunk bolts, serial number m4938 which makes it 2011, and weighs approx 4 kilo's on kitchen scale.

Nicely balanced and played last weekend for a 2hr set and no fatigue !
