He was very trusting as he paid me up front and was prepared to wait until we could sort out the logistics as he was away on tour. I'd hoped to be able to deliver the bass in person but in the end we arranged for it to be sent to him via courier; this was a couple of weeks later. Furthermore, it was another couple of weeks until he was home and able to try out the bass. Throughout the whole transaction, Etienne communicated clearly and regularly. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I would not hesitate to deal with him again and I heartily recommend him to others. My only regret is that I never got chance to meet this man in person, he's evidently a really nice guy. Maybe next time. Thanks, Etienne!
