On Every Street by Dire Straits.  Some wonderful delicate tones, beautifully restrained...I'd forgotten how good it was.

I'm almost ashamed to say I've never heard it. Making Movies and Love Over Gold are two of my parent's albums I listened to most growing up 👍

The Specials first album. F****** hell, Sir Horace Gentleman, just... f****** hell.

Couldn't agree more.
There are few things that make me look back at Coventry (where I was born and lived for 23 years) with respect.
The Specials (Although Terry Hall is a bit of a derrière)
Delia Derbyshire
Clint Mansell
Lee Dorian

AFI

They were my favourite band in my late teens, I drifted away from them in my twenties but have come back to them in the last few years. They've evolved a lot over their twenty five year history, but they're great songwriters and underrated musicians.
