**RE-LISTED**

Dear all

I was hoping to be able to keep this bass but unfortunately I need some more money for my new web project. So...

Details are below. I've had this bass for a couple of years. I bought it from Alex at the Bass Gallery. Since buying it I have replaced all the black hardware for lovely new gold hardware. I also had it defretted and lines put in by the boys in the workshop at the Gallery.

I paid £1,200 for it and I've spent a few hundred on it so I would be happy getting £1,200. No trade I'm afraid.

The original custom order can be seen below and it would have cost over £5,500 new.

It has blue front LED's fitted by Martin Sims.

Apologies for the poor pictures but hopefully you get the idea

It's in pretty good nick with a few dings on the body but plays perfectly!

The bass is located in London. You're welcome to try before you buy.

Many thanks

moo

About the hardware: Sometimes it helps to read the whole post. ;)

Though I also can't see any swamp ash....really looks like solid flamed maple wings.

Anyway, really lovely bass!

Yes guys

I changed the hardware from black to gold because it looked a bit nicer (to me). The black was tired and the gold gave the bass some life!

As for the woods etc... Blame Warwick! I just typed the S/N into their site and that's a picture of the results!!

It looks very 'mapley' to me. Maybe the swamp ash is inside??!?!!?!?!?

:)

Is this the bass that used to belong to Johno1919 before he moved to Sadowsky?
No idea sorry.

I bought the bass from Alex at The Bass Gallery a few years ago.

To be honest, I didn't want to know who she'd 'been with' before :P

As for the woods, Warwick offers Swamp Ash body with maple top - as listed, and you can add the back of the bass in another wood, but it is charged as another top.
Meaning that if you have Flamed Maple top with swamp ash body and add Flamed Maple Back... it might be the case.
Maybe a picture of the side could show if there's a sandwich ? :-)

Just looked at the bass. There's no 'join' in the wood. Looks solid!!

Those cheeky little Germans!!

Can you descibe the controls ? There a switch, it's for the LEDs ?
and just to be sure :

So it's a fretless now ?

Yup. Lined fretless. I had the boys at The Bass Gallery do it. Very nice job!
