simonc61 Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 (edited) I'm selling my Ibanez BTB400 35" scale bass in gorgeous translucent quilted red- they're not making these anymore and I believe they're quite sought after as they're so versatile. Really lovely looking bass which has only seen a few gigs in my hands and only home use since. It's in excellent condition with no visible marks or scratches and comes with an as-new Hiscox hard case. The guitar has passive pickups with an active EQ and so is suited to a wide range of playing styles - rock, pop, funk, slap you name it really, a very versatile studio or gigging tool. The neck is particularly nice with a very comfortable profile which lends itself to a fast action. There is some slight fret-buzz on the top string but it's not excessive and could easily be remedied with a bit of tweaking. There are no tuning issues, it's rock solid and doesn't go out of tune at all. It's basically ready to gig or record with straight out of the box!
