sifi2112 Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 (edited) - Schaller BML light tuners - Sandberg bridge - Fender single coil pickups (parallel wired to vol pot then jack) Also had bit of fret level. Sounds great Sanded most of the gloss finish off the neck so now have a super smooth satin type feel Gave fret edges a bit of a file too ... However, the amount of work I put into J&D S4B STWR puts me off. fret grinding, fret tips, shielding, no grounding of the bridge, and finally I replaced the active system with passive humbuckers because this sound could not be saved.
