There was a long delay at the start of this year, New Year being a Thursday and Epiphany on the Tuesday meant some German firms didn't start back till 7th January. Your order went in after their holiday on Thursday so really no excuse for not processing it yesterday.Can't have had that many orders to catch up it was only 1 day.
