Thomann selling Harley Benton basses as 'Decoration only'

A whole lot of guitars appeared on the mobile site. This is the first time that my considerably rewritten program has actually found dekos, so I was pleased to see that working.

EDIT: They all disappeared quickly apart from the P-Bass mentioned above. But, at least I saw them. My old program had become useless as everything was appearing on the mobile site first, and selling out. My new one watches both. It doesn't have a GUI yet nor does it keep track of appearances and disappearances, but it will be easy to add that.

There's still a roundback acoustic guitar, and one of the cheap classicals. https://m.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_cg200ce_bk_deko.htm?o=4&ref=mal_a_4&search=1449054684 Some people here have bought the CG200 before (I believe), so it's worth mentioning. Maybe.

I've got to stop reading this thread.

I keep telling myself that £30-40 for something that might turn out to be piece of junk is not a bargain, especially for someone with my very limited technical skills. I'm not going to be able to repair even minor defects.

Then the devil on my shoulder starts speaking -'You'll probably have some spare cash after Christmas, you want to try playing classic Motown lines on a p bass with flats, you know you do, one more bass won't take up that much room'.

Must stay strong (at least until after Christmas).

I'm kinda glad, I managed to miss out on the Twin Humbucker Black Tele the other day and now the hollowbody PRS a like sold before I saw it too.
Would really love either of those but I need to sell on some other first otherwise I will end up divorced.

This is the first time my new program has picked up significant dekos in real time.

I had the natural and sunburst versions of the JB75 and they were both excellent instruments.... wouldn't have looked or felt out of place at twice / three times the full price, let alone if you managed to grab a playable deco...

It's still available even though the fretless prog has gone. I'm very tempted, but I don't need another 4 string fretted bass. I think it's far and away the best looking of the HB jazz basses.
