I would make the bit where the top bout starts raising again a continuation of the line of the bottom as it goes up towards the waist, and then curve it down at the same angle as the bottom....

If I were doing to I would have a wenge neck- so it sounded different to the thumbSC

anyway it already looks better than war wicks thumbSC!

Totally appreciate that, the whole singlecut things are marmite enough, before you even start looking at different designs... :)
It will be a fair bit chunkier as it's based around a 6 string 32" bass.
