[/quote] I put on a bit over 2 stone after quitting smoking and realised I was getting fat when I noticed my thighs were rubbing together as I walked one day. Took me about a year and a half to sort it out, but had the benefit of improving my diet and exercise at the same time, pretty painlessly I have to say, I don't miss the crap I'm not eating any more. We did a set, Dave did a solo set then we got up and rocked it up a bit together at the end of the night. Great fun.
