I am rather liking the look of the little chap in the following link. The kind gentleman selling it took the neck off and informs me the model number is PF-57DGF.
Got the PB, got the dash, got the 57, buggered if I know what the DGF is though :scratch_one-s_head: .
Answers on a postcard please, I thank you!

It seems like a fairly common addition, whatever it is. There's even a neck for sale on here with the same letters at the end of the number. :blink:

That's actually my old neck. I read somewhere that DGF were initials but that seems a bit far fetched.

DFG is fender japan colour code for dolphin grey which you find on the aerodine basses, why it's on this only some folk in japan will know!

It looks like a good one though. At the worst it looks like a PB-57 as it seems to have the spiral bridge.
