Beedster's wall of shame

Beedster

Recommended Posts

..Just been 'Beedstered' again.. having purchased a very handy '80s box of tricks from him and all went very well as per usual with Chris!

He should of course by now be on Mastermind with 'The Basschat For Sale Forum' as his specialist subject which he would undoubtedly get maximum points for :)

Thanks again Chris!

Met Chris tonight and did a trade on our respective Markbass rigs - his Jeff Berlin combo plus 4x10 for my R500 head plus 6x10 cab. Think we are both going to be very happy with our new set-ups.

Chris is a thoroughly charming guy and clearly a massively better bass player than me!

Would happily do business with this gentleman again.

Just sold my MB 102P cab to Chris. Thoroughly decent chap. Shame we didn't have time to chat, but that's life when you're picking up and delivering stuff around the south of England - he do get around!

Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to do business any ole time.

cheers, Chris
Shaun

Cheers Shaun
Great to meet you and Mrs B, and apologies for not being able to stay and engage in Precision talk (although Mrs B hoofed it pretty sharpish when it looked like we were going to didn't she ;) )
All the best
Chris

Unforunately, she knows me all too well... and, it seems, anyone else closely associated to bass and all things remostely associated does that to her - strange!

Hope the rest of the the trip went OK - what a day for a drive!

Had the pleasure of meeting up with the venerable Beedster this morning after he casually drove from Canterbury to Salisbury to drop off a sensational Telecaster bass.

Had a good chat over a cup of tea about basses, bassists and bass bashes. I know it's all been said before but I'll say it again; top bloke and as always a top deal - you really can't go wrong with this man.

Oh, and Mrs Deaver says he smells nice.

Pleasure to do business with you John, thanks for the warm welcome and the tea! Really hope you stick with the Tele, it's a special bass, in fact I was somewhat surprised to get home only to find Mrs Beedster saying she wish I'd kept it, and that's a first!

Thank Mrs Deaver for her comment, it was a toss up between Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss this morning!

All the best mate

Chris

To whom it concerns...
We just did a 380 miles round trip to Canterbury in the rain to buy a CIJ jazz from Chris and it's very, very nice and i am well pleased.
He even threw in a load of bass magazines too.
Top chap.
(Hope your house move goes well Chris)

Guest BassKS

Met up briefly with Chris yesterday at the train station. Got the bass and gave him the cash. All went as planned. He kept contact throughtout the journey to the beautiful Canterbury West.

Nice doing business with you.

My first transaction with Beedster and what a total pleasure it was to deal with him.

Picked up the P bass with the "exciting" neck :) on the weekend and even though he was pushed for time, Chris spent time with me chatting bass stuff, running over the P and sorting me out a great cup of tea and gave me a great tip on truss rod tweaking.

I can totally recommend Chris to any one wanting to buy, sell, trade with complete confidence with a genuine guy.

Cheers mate, good meeting with you

Mark
