very jealous of all you SR Premium people, but I love my sr506M
Here it is on the day I got it about two years ago

I'd love an ATK too. Yours looks amazing DeezerButler.

dont think ive ever seen an SR506 (or any SR500 range) with a maple neck, my SR500 have the rosewood fret board. yours looks pretty sweet

Yeah, it was hard to get. They weren't made in huge numbers and Ibanez didn't make them available in Europe. I think it looks so much nicer than the rosewood and (I didn't mention this on any other post about it) because I think the fretboard-as-tonewood thing is nonsense, I wanted the much-more-sustainable maple.

Got a lot of love for Ibanez..... Always been affordable, quality instruments & not afraid of pushing the envelope with design.... Had a Roadstar II back in the 80's, served me well....
Recently acquired an ATK815 Premium & after a decent set up... I'm loving it! ....A very versatile bass....

Good lord!..... What did I look like!?!.....

Nice. I have been looking for a long time and finally I have an RS800.

It goes very well with my MC800.

Here's my pair of Ibanez.

An '81 Blazer, still going strong. Had a rewire and a new scratchplate, otherwise very original condition. Currently strung with Labella deep talkin' flats.

And my ATK 800 bought from this forum. Not sure about age but can't be very old. Sporting a set of DR Lo Riders. Thinking about changing the scratch plate.
