I dealt with them primarily over the phone and email (Mainly with a chap called Alain who works in their guitar dept) and they were very professional, helpful and courtious and quick to respond to queries. I paid for my bass in Euro's via a Bank Transfer. Alain even called me at home to talk me through the bank transaction. The bass arrived quickly, with free delivery and so well packaged it took me ages to get into it. All in all I found them a pleasure to deal with. I'm sourcing a couple of things at the moment and one of their basses worked out about £115 cheaper than Thomann (which is my usual benchmark). Any indication that they added any taxes on top of the advertised price? I saw they add a smallish percentage for credit card/PayPal payments. Doing a bank transfer also meant there was no transaction charges (beyond the exchange rate that the bank gives you). Hope this helps.
